MOSCOW (MRC) -- Graham Partners portfolio company VPET USA LLC of Fontana, Calif., is acquiring Canyon Plastics Inc., a Valencia, Calif.-based packaging moulder, said Canplastics.The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
