Ukrainian PVC imports down by 23% in Jan-Sep 2021, exports up by 17%

MOSCOW (MRC) -- Imports of suspension polyvinyl chloride (SPVC) into Ukraine fell in the first nine months of 2021 by 23% year on year, totalling 20,800 tonnes.
